The Worlds smallest waist belongs to Cathie Jung,who is 1.72 m (5 ft 8 in) tall and has a waist that measures only 38.1 cm (15 inches).

She is an American Victorian dress and corset enthusiast residing in Old Mystic, Connecticut, USA.

Cathie Jung's waist is about the same size as a regular jar of mayonnaise.

She's been wearing a corset every day, and she now wears one 24 hours a day! "I probably have around 100 of them," says Cathie Jung.
